The Past, The Present, and The Future
ROI Search Group was founded in 2017 by Stacey McCreery when Stacey saw a real need for the company. The company name, ROI Search Group, was chosen by Stacey after her own experiences working as a hiring manager for a large academic health system. Stacey wanted people to know that when you do business with ROISG, there will always be a return on their investment.
To date, ROI Search Group has only a 1% turnover rate in their placements and last year placed 49% diverse clients. We not only find the right candidates, but we ensure that we represent the communities we are serving.

2018
In just our first year of business we grew from just two employees to seven. In this growth we learned a lot.

2019
In 2019 ROISG requisitions expanded businesses into twelve states in just two years of business!

2020
In 2020 ROISG built a community of over 12,000 candidates, and became a Women Owned Business.

2021
Our team grew to 15 employees and we launched our accredited training program with the state of Indiana.

2022
Celebrating our five-year anniversary in 2022. The team achieved many goals and reached new records.
